After being classically trained with French cuisine and techniques for 6 years, John opened a restaurant and catering business in Boston. Life's journey led him to North Carolina, where Chef John brought Nora's New York Pizza & Italian Eatery to life! Named after his daughter, Nora, this business is truly a family affair!
